"The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. Unfortunately Vrbo’s computer system did not appear to communicate with the property agent’s which led to various problems, including the property manager not knowing that we had paid the deposit. A phone call with the property agent easily...

Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. "This little cottage in in a great location in the village and has many pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Because of its location car parking is not easy residents get very protective of their perceived space and put cones and no parking signs outside; in the summer months parking must be even worse. The property is an old cottage and is a little tired; it’s functional but has no finesse. The stairs to the bedrooms are difficult to negotiate and would not be suitable for the less...

"Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "

"Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious, rustic yet modern, warm and cosy. Well equipped. Quiet location next to a farm. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Rural, but close to Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett and M4. Owners helpful and on-hand for any queries. We were left some milk and eggs which was nice. "
