Room for the whole family...and friends..!

A great 3 bedroom family house that sleeps 8 plus which includes 2 extra rooms in the sleepout . Or, for the extended family or friends there is the option to use the dormitory as well which can sleep up to 20 in total. In a quiet location just a short walk to the beach and Ocean Beach Eatery and Ice Cream parlour.
The house is on a large section with ample parking for cars and boats with a well laid out garden all round
A fully fenced back garden area, large deck with outdoor lighting, plenty of seating and a barbeque make it ideal for those long summer evenings .
The main living area in the house is open planned with a log fire in the centre. There are two big glass doors leading straight out from this area onto the large deck so it has great indoor outdoor flow.
For families of 8 or less the house is a perfect holiday home-or if you are wanting to get away with extended family and friends there is the option to use the sleep out as well. This is connected to the side of the main house and has 1 double room and a main sleeping area which houses 3 bunk beds and 2 single beds.
There is a toilet and shower room in the sleep out as well as the laundry room which has a washing machine and dryer.
Family friendly with dvd's , games and jigsaw puzzles.

Minimum 2 night stay. ( 3 or 5 nights in high seasons)

Great Big family Bach

We really enjoyed staying this property. There were so many beds, we were all well accommodated. There was plenty of room on the deck and inside, and brilliant to have 2 showers and 3 toilets. The only suggestion we would make is to provide a couple of oven mitts and tongs (long). Many thanks

Foxton Fun
This is the third or fourth year we have rented this batch, it's perfect for a small family of four who then have a few stragglers that arrive and want to enjoy time with us. The sleepout provides extra sleeping, bathroom and toilet so it's plenty of room for everyone and only a short walk to a fabulous beach. Love it!

Lovely stay at this property
A group of friends and myself had a lovely stay at this property. The place was spacious with lots of different spots for socialising and hanging out including some tables in the backyard, a large kitchen table, and a sofa/lounge area. Very close to the beach and local shops. I also had great communication with the owner before our stay and she was flexible. My only complaint was that there was not nearly enough toilet paper for our group and we ended up having to buy more the day after arriving, however this does not seem like enough to lower the rating to 4 stars given how great our stay was otherwise.

If you have asthma stay clear. The house needs a solid clean. The bunk bed was broken and we ended up putting the mattress directly on the ground. Prompt contact however, accused of things being broken that was not our responsibility.

Foxton Beach whanau stay, in memory of Mystery Jade Tiana Williams
Great opportunity to get the family together and special surprise from Summer Williams. We met the owners on site lovely couple the home was more than we expected and throughly met our needs. Photos were underrated its better in real life. Highly recommend this venue for larger family gatherings, the corresponding with the owners absolutely tremendous. Not my ideal spot as I was looking to go to Waitarere Beach however its a good second. CHEERS WE HAD A GREAT TIME...... JUST NOT LONG ENOUGH.... LOL

The property had heaps of room for all the kids , we had x3 families staying and still Room Left for more , has everything u need . The only thing lacking and all other families agreed it is in need of a major spring clean , the sleep out is musty and dusty and has a lot of mould . Having the majority of the children based here and some have health issues I don’t think I would be comfortable on returning unless this was done . Oven, water filter and tv all need some work .
