"This duplex was ideal for us. Great location in the middle of Fairbanks, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of open space, and all the conveniences. The kitchen is very well stocked for a longer stay. Owner was very helpful and informative before our stay. Would highly recommend for a comfortable spot in town. "

"The house is spacious and the couch is great. The main appliances works, and house is warm. The owner is responsive. The main ingredients for a successful rental are there. We must be the first guest, as there is a list of issues that needs to be addressed before this rental becomes comfortable. "

"This was the perfect place for our northern lights adventure. It had the best set up, with a large north facing window where we could watch for the lights from the warmth of the indoors. "We only stopped in for a short time. The bed was comfortable, the showers were hot, and the front desk people were so kind! The only negative we had was the planes fly low nearby so it was a little nerve racking along with what we assumed was some construction at the hotel that made it noisy. Would stay again!"
