"We had a little weekend golf trip with the guys and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a round. Drinks outside by the lake and hanging out in the hot tub were amazing. After golf the games continued in the game room with a ping pong tournament and some nostalgic video games. All 14 of us were able to sleep comfortably with the provided rooms and beds. "Cottage and property were beautiful! Clean, more supplies in the cottage than we’ve ever seen. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and cozy. Close to shopping and antiquing. "The biggest problem we had was the property description on VRBO was not accurate. Instead of 3 queen size beds a futon and a spa tub, the property had 2 full size beds and 2 full size futons and a small shower. However, as you read through the description you noticed this. Once I informed the owner of the inaccuracy, it was corrected quickly. The place was clean. It is definitely a cottage style inside. "Beautiful view across lake to park! Clean house and plenty of amenities! Huge plus to staying here as a family was having three bedrooms so everyone had their own room and 2 and a half bathrooms! Would highly recommend this place! Only thing is to be careful if sitting in the rocking chairs outside by the fire pit… they look pretty but we sat in one and leaned back to relax and the chair filled over backwards!"

"Property has pretty much everything you need and even a few neat features like heated floor in the bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The murphy bed could use some extra cushion but wasnt bad. Overall nice stay and caught plenty of fish in Briggs Lake from one of the provided SUPs."

"We had a wonderful visit to this sweet little cottage. The property was beautiful and the hosts supplied kayaks, a paddle boat and a pontoon boat for an extra charge. We had plenty of comfortable chairs for visiting family. The inside was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And, most of all the hosts were gracious, attentive to our needs and just great folks all around. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!!"
