We would happily recommend the house and location to others. The nearest small town, Saint Andiol, was about 6 minutes away by car and had an excellent boulangerie as well as a small supermarket and pharmacy"

"Just returned from a lovely stay in Mouries, Provence. Rudy the owner was extremely helpful on arrival recommending some super places for us to visit. The air-conditioning was extremely welcome in the current heatwave we've been experiencing. A great boulangerie/patisserie 2 minutes on foot down the road (one of several in the town!) . Great base for our trips out to visit the region. The garden was particularly lovely to sit out in - beautifully maintained."

"The house is located a short walk (15 - 20mins) from St Remy’s lovely restaurants and cafes but is far enough for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. The house was brilliantly set up with everything you could possibly need. The garden and pool were perfect and enjoyed all day sun. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed here for a week touring Provence and The Camargue, the villa is ideally situated within 30-60 minutes of many places like Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Aigues Mortes and more. We were only two but the villa can accommodate a family. We met the cleaner and the gardener whilst their and neither spoke English so a phone app like Translate on the iPhone is recommended. The owners communicated in both English and French so no issues there. Tip: if you visit the are, try speaking a little French,...

"The house was ideal for our stay in the area. It was well equipped and the pool was lovely. We'd stay again as its a beautiful old house but we found stored the heat well during our August stay and relies on fans for cooling. Also just double check additional costs for cleaning and linen!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mas d’Oscar. The property is just as depicted, with everything that we needed at hand. The location was perfect-it was less than 5 minutes walk into town and about a minute to the grocery store. It was good to know that our host Genevieve was available and just a message away in case we had any questions or problems. She met us at the property then we first arrived, which was great. I nightly recommend this property!"

"My adult kids, their family and friends and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful home in June 2024. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well-located near Avignon. There are endless villages and towns within a 1.5 hour radius of the house and when you want to take a break from the Roman structures, the charming village squares, the lavender fields and the wineries, you relax in the lovely garden and pool that the home provides. "A great spot for exploring Provence from. A very secluded and tranquil spot with plenty of great restaurants a short drive away. Boris and his family were very helpful and accommodating but respected our privacy at all times. The house is very traditional with no frills but it suited us perfectly. I would definitely recommend."

"The villa is nice, beds, AC, pool. A 10 minute drive outside of St Remu so you will need a car. The check in process was difficult and lacked proper communication about bringing your own basic house necessities like hand soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Finding finding the wifi code was like a scavenger hunt. The property contact was not kind or helpful. Would not stay again."

"The property is well situated about 2km from the town and beach. It is an easy journey on the 2 bikes provided. House is very cute and comfortable and perfect size for two people.
