"Overall, a good location for visiting Colorado Springs. The historic neighbourhood the property is located in is very beautiful. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only negatives were the somewhat awkward status and multi-level transitions within the main living area as others have mentioned. The available street parking was scary at times. Vehicles travel at high rates of speed within a few feet of parking which makes getting in and out of your vehicle challenging."

"Property owner was top notch with communication - fast replies, info and rental was ready early even though we weren't. House is on a nice street for walking your dog. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people in the area/neighborhood, on the streets and sleeping on sidewalks. We had a great time visiting with our nephew. Went to Rudy's BBQ nearby for takeout which was very good. And the next day, before we left, we stopped at The Jive Coffee Shop only a few blocks away and had the best...

"This cute tiny house was so well done and had everything one needs, including gigantic mule deer to greet you in the yard when you return in the evening. It’s a wonderful space for a solo traveler or younger couple. It might be a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the loft bed, but it was definitely cozy and kinda fun sleeping in the king bed loft space. "
