It was very clean and a great set up for visiting family in Nazareth and celebrating Christmas - plenty of room to spread out in different family rooms, or be together in the great room. Marc was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this house again in a similar situation. "

"Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. The deck and porches are not somewhere you would sit and admire the view. Luckily we did not plan to hang out outside. So it worked for us. "

"The Snurfer House was a pleasure to stay at. Everything was clean and organized. Beds were comfy. We had enough rooms for our unmarrieds to each have their own. Daughter enjoyed the tub in the upstairs bath; big fan of the rain shower in the master bath! Amenities like fire pit and hot tub were nice to know about, but we did not take advantage since it was so hot! Thank you for opening your house to guests!"

"I rented the Dery House for out-of-town friends to stay prior to a wedding. First of all, the house is breathtaking to see from the outside and it only gets better once inside. We spent much of the weekend inside and we were never in the same room twice! Each different room feels like a completely different space and all are classicly gorgeous. The room were clean, spacious and had an antique charm that you just can't beat. If you really want to impress your guests for any sort of event...

"I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"We stayed the weekend for our son's wedding reception nearby. Eric was a great host, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The river view from the front of the property was beautiful mixed with the fresh snow that fell the morning of the wedding. We would definitely recommend this property.."

"Check in process was smooth and we were able to arrive a day early which was very convenient. Initially I was concerned after we arrived as the home is directly across from a fire station and the alarm went off which was deafening. Fortunately I only heard it go off twice for the 5 days we were there so it was not an issue. The house was well equipped overall with exception of utensils. There was 1 spoon and maybe 2 or 3 forks. We had to buy utensils for our stay. Not a big deal just annoying....
