"Had a great experience checking in and Glen was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and even had some Asian congee available as well. We had a very responsive waitress. Would have been nice to get a better view from my room but still a great hotel. Also learned that they have a nightclub on the weekends as well."

"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."

"I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and affordability. It is located in Union Square in San Francisco. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very affordable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. "
