"This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with plenty of charm. Location is right at Sterling Point. No restaurant attached to the hotel but a 20 min trip into Invercargill gives you plenty of options to eat. Check-in was seem less, room was very comfortable with a lovely selection of tea’s. "

"The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. "This place is great value for families. It was just myself, my partner & our little 1yr old (22months) but we did have my aunty visit for lunch and dinner. We stayed two nights, arrived to a pre-warmed house and great set-up. There are maps of Invercargill, Bluff and the Catlins. It was close to family located 2-5mins either side of this new build. Tv with sky movies/sports. Free wifi, full kitchen & bathroom including bath (great for little children) and even a washing machine! Porta-cot...
