"A very enjoyable and relaxing couple of days in this gorgeous spa hotel. Room was huge, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, spa had everything I needed, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Meeting Lady Hattie was the icing on the cake! "

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. Booked a junior suite which was well worth it and it was a great room. You won’t be disappointed. Lots of space and very comfortable. Great location too, only 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also really good. "

"Lovely property but very much an old building so a lot of walking to rooms, restaurant and pool areas going up and down stairs. Not ideal if you have a pram or lots of luggage. Picturesque location with a pub next door. "
