Located one block from Sundance Square and 3 blocks to the convention center. You are walking distance to all of the city’s finest steakhouses, bars, and general entertainment!!

Walking distance from steakhouse row (Del Frisco’s, Ruth’s Chris, Capital Grille, Grace, Wicked Butcher). The unit is walking distance to tons of top end restaurants, bars, comedy shows, coffee shops, rooftop cocktails, and more! Please reach out for any recommendations!

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

**You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

Other things to note:
***Onsite parking is not included and all of the third party nearby parking lots/garages are paid between $20 to $25 per night (subject to changes). Closest one is 2 blocks away and there is a loading zone in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to Fridays after 6 pm.

Regardless of where you park, if you need to drop off luggage, there is a 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building. The area is frequently monitored, please don't leave your car unattended, to avoid getting a ticket. Please reach out to me directly for specifics.
