Summary:
Retro Town is an affordable, rare find in the heart of Fort Walton Beach that'll take you back! Enjoy four smart TVs, three arcade games to include street fighter, NBA Jam, Pacman and more, a fully furnished kitchen, board games, a cozy living room, propane grill, with a nice outdoor setting with decorative lights for when you return home from the beach. This STR is riddled with old school accents and creative colors that'll make your stay a memorable one. We hope to host you soon!

The Space:
Retro Town is a cozy 1,320 square foot townhome with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. All 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs and the half bathroom downstairs. Retro Town has been completed renovated with new vinyl flooring is located throughout the house, new bathrooms, new doors, new windows, new paint, and brand new kitchen! The kitchen is equipped with all new GE Appliances and everything you would need to cook up a fantastic meal. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends and privacy. I put a lot of love into this house and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

Guest Access:
Retro Town is equipped with a Yale Smart Lock w/ keypad for easy access throughout your stay. We utilize Guesty Locks, a property management tool, which provides better security for our guests by auto-generating digital codes that activate and expire during your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
The immediate area is very safe with a strong military community from both the Army and Air Force (active & retired). My neighbors and I share a mutual respect for one another. There's plenty of lighting near the front door with Ring cameras in the front and backyard entrances/exits for your added security and reassurance.

Getting Around:
Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. I recommend using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV or rental vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
The 1-lane driveway can accommodate two average-sized sedans. One additional car can be parked to the immediate left of the driveway in the dirt, if needed. No parking on the road please.

Interaction with Guests:
I do not interact with guest outside of the app, but I live in the immediate area should you need my assistance.
