"Brought me back in time when I visited my Uncle’s farm and could enjoy the woods, fields, animals, wildlife, and more but didn’t have to do chores. The house had all the modern conveniences (no AC) and easily accommodated our group of eight and could have handled more. We had sunshine and thunder storms, saw deer and wild turkey, grilled and roasted marshmallows around the fire pit. 100 percent the place to stay to experience quiet and solitude like nowhere else. "Gorgeous property and landscaping with beautiful flora and a lot of green space for yard activities. Patio area was great with its lounging furniture, gas fire pit and cooking area (grill, griddle, fridge). Home decor very nice, and can sleep a good number of guests (we wish there had been more plates and bowls to accommodate same). Exceptional, large beach for kids - all sand, no weeds, shallow well beyond the end of the long dock - and we made fun use of the available kayaks, paddle boards,...
