Well equipped kitchen, children's accessories, and beach necessities for the short walk to the beach.Hosts Chris and his son Nick were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and prompt in addressing one glitch with the washing machine."

"The pictures don't necessarily portray a correct reflection of this place. The master bedroom is very small. We had our whole family of six stay here which thankfully both couches made out into beds. I think the pictures make the rooms seem bigger than they are. The water heater is extremely small so you'll only get hot water for maybe 2 minutes before the shower turns cold. There was no extra toilet paper and very few places to put our stuff so we basically left it out in the kitchen. The...

"The property was great and exactly as advertised! The check in process was so simple and the house very clean and comfortable. I had no conversations with the property manager which is the reason only reason for the low score. I really appreciated the fact they allowed our dogs who always travel with us."

"Meg works like a dog. I'd steal her away. As manager she afforded every guest special treatment. Old style Florida motel. It was immaculately clean. Kudos to the maid. Pool was clean. Beach was glorious. Nearby dining was unexpectedly fab. If i can go back i will. I liked room 2. Stayed in two different rooms. Accomodating doesnt cover it."

Quick getaway.

"If you like to Reminisce, this Howard johnson was very comfortable. Very clean room. Nice white linens. Breakfast was nice and simple. Cereal toast muffins fruit fresh coffee. OJ and milk. Protein bars. Close to truck stop, but room was quiet. Air conditioning worked perfectly. PS. Check-in time 2pm was earlier than most. "

"Service was incredible, and staff was very attentive! Property location was excellent. Amenities like afternoon beverages, champagne upon checkin, late check out so appreciated. Some upkeep needs to be done…carpet in room stained (maybe pets should be limited to certain rooms). Dresser damaged.. Outside dining chairs need paint, stairwell is beautiful but needs cleaning… We are owners of event property so we notice more than most, but some areas of hotel are looking tired- just need some sprucing up! "
