"Unique experience. The apartment is in the same building as residential apartments. New building with nice amenities ( outside pool, workout room and pool table.) parking is an additional fee. Check in was easy and no problems with communication from the front desk concierge. Great location to shops and restaurants. Would stay again. "

"Santa's new Home away from Home. Each December I spend a week visiting Senior Living communities in the greater Phoenix area. This year I discovered Sonder at Mill Ave. Very nice, spacious accommodation for the price. Comfortable and quiet enough to stay in, or if you want to go out it's literally steps away from Centerpoint on Mill with restaurants, bars and even a movie theater. I'll definitely be back!"

"The property was clean and well stocked with all the amenities you'd expect to find in your own personal living space. The only thing that I'd suggest is showing up during regular business hours so somebody at the front desk (leasing agent) can direct you to the space. The directions that were provided were not clear for me to gain access to the property because of the way the building is set up. The leasing professionals were extremely helpful. "Great stay right in town. It was clean, had all the necessities, and plentiful well-lit parking. Right next to a popular hiking trail (Black Mountain) too. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is that the hot tub was so strong with chemicals that we couldn't use it because we couldn't stop coughing."

"Neat clean. Good for price in this area. Due to change in my plans attempted to contact owner to extend my stay never got response, just auto checkout reminder. Was dissappointed there was no closet and only a small fridge. Door latch never really worked, silly to expect me to slam or lift door into latch, I eventually just used deadbolt, which was secure. Walls very thin, used TV to avoid learning to much about other visitors."
