"A nice little place for a winter retreat! The heat kept us nice and warm despite the frigid temperatures outside and it was fun to wake up each morning to a wide view of the frozen lake. Very quiet neighborhood, at least in February. I will note that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the only bathroom. "First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us."

"On the positive side, it was cozy and the area is very pretty. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no internet in the area due to a tornado a few months ago, therefore no Roku, so no tv. They should probably mention that the water is sulphur water. Also, the shower is very small with a low ceiling. Very pretty wooded location though and probably priced accordingly!"

"The home was very clean and cute. It had all the essential items. The home has a nice scenic view and is very quiet and calming. The pool, splash pad, and playground were all nicely kept. We wish we would have brought our kayaks. There is a nice little river with tons of cute ducks.
