"We were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, new fencing and the garage was a great amenity. We were in town from Florida to visit our grandsons and this house, in a nice neighborhood, was only a 6 minute drive. Next time we visit we would book this property again. "

"The location is close to everything and the host is super nice and helpful. In addition there is a bobo tea and pastry shop downstairs making it easy to get a tea or coffee and a snack. Highly recommend this as it it a great place to relax."

"Close to ISU and had what we needed. Kitchen cabinets were old with a couple fronts falling off but had been painted to go with the new countertops. Other than that everything was nice, comfy beds. We weren’t there other than to sleep at night so we didn’t get to try out the game room."

"First the positive..Prior to arriving we had some questions about check-in and the host Paul was very responsive. The temperature of the house was perfect on a hot day. Now the negatives: the house needs some serious upgrades, especially the deck, porch and kitchen The cleanliness was not good. It looked as if the bathroom hadn't been cleaned including hair all over the floor and mouse droppings. We also found mouse droppings in other areas of the house. Its also missing some of the basics like...

"The house was clean and well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. All good inside the house but no lawn maintenance (the back yard had a lot of potential to be a little sanctuary space but the grass wasn’t even mowed. The garage was dirty and unorganized."

"We reserved the smaller unit as a pit-stop for me, my husband and our k9 kids to stay during a state to state move. It is absolutely decked out with amenities and the cutest decor! Our only concern with having the pups is that it does not have a fenced yard and it is extremely close to the road but everything was fantastic otherwise! Thanks again for letting us all stay! "

"Awesome large place that gave plenty of ample space and had perfect gathering rooms! Went to Lava hot springs that was about 20 minutes away and everyone slept very comfortably !"
