"You will not find a better located hotel room in Nerja. Combine that with its reasonable price and I give this place 5-stars. It would behoove you to get the online check-in paperwork done before you get to the front door so you already know the code to your lockbox. Don’t expect any staff onsite. "The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere."

"The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

Outstanding!

"Superb service from the Granada Melia team from arrival to departure. Staff were pleasant and very frendly. They gave lots of ideas of what to do in Granada and for the rest of our stay in Spain. I had booked a junior suite as a treat for my boyfriend's birthday which came with access to the Level. I'm glad I did as the room was wonderful and access to the Level made the trip even more special. I wished we could have stayed longer. I will definitely book this hotel again."

"Extremely super property with staff that will go out of their way to assist and please with a great friendly attitude. Ambiance business as well as family friendly with heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing very nicely maintained area. Great buffet breakfast with variety that can suit to every liking. Eco/nature friendly that is noticeable throughout the property. The hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway on the 3rd floor via elevators. Upscale department stores, cafes and dining options are all around within the easy walking distance. "
