"The host and interior of the cottage were fantastic. The deck needs a lot of improvement. Someone had stained the floor very carelessly with stain all up the outside wall. The 7 km drive into the property was terrible and speed for most of the time had to be 5-10 kph. This was not the renter's doing and I feel sorry for them for that. We were well treated and interior was well supplied, clean and comfy"

"We stayed there for four nights. Rob and Janet were super gracious and very accommodating. The unit was amazing. The views were spectacular and the pictures did not do that justice. We got to see two bald eagles, sore and perch a top trees within our sight line of the deck and a really cute fox. The animal kind. The only regret was that we couldn’t stay there longer. "

"Great air-conditioned cottage. Lots of space and private from the road. Some small cosmetic issues, but nothing that bad The beach at the end of the road is rocky, so you will want to be sure that you bring water shoes if you're planning to go to that beach. No place near has firewood available, so make sure to pick some up as you drive up to the cottage. "We had a great stay. Easy access to the Cabot Trail. The cabin had everything you needed. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Lovely screened in porch to sit out at night. The was also a fire pit area for everyone to enjoy. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this cabin for a stay."
