"The property is housed in a lovely stone building very befitting the Auld Grey Toon. When entering the property we were struck by how grand and beautiful it was whilst maintaining a very cozy and homely feeling. The decor and amenities were of the highest order. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is a welcome touch in the winter. The flat is very close to the main streets of the town. "We had a wonderful time, the place was in the perfect location, convenient to everything (Old Course, ocean, and so many restaurants and pubs), not to mention very clean. We have already started recommending it to friends. Small tip just be sure to tell your taxi, private car, etc. to meet you at the monument on The Scores and they will always find you! "

"We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night."

"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

Amenities as described, we were disappointed at the lack of toiletries as the cute toiletry bottles were one of the deciders between this flat and one of similar price. Photos are doctored for colour; it's nowhere near as orange as it appears! We also had the impression it was bigger from the photos.
