"Gorgeous property for a family reunion. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Lots of fun amenities and room for everyone to spread out. Great open space on the lake but still felt private and quiet. Wifi throughout entire property. Absolutely recommend and would definitely book again."

"The house has a lot of character and the outdoor areas are really peaceful. The owner just needs to resolve the issue with sulfur in the water because the rotten egg smell is too strong to tolerate."

"Went hoping to get away from it all... That was an understatement. The view was excellent, the cottage is just what the doctor ordered. Still well withing a simple drive to ANYTHING you need. The warmer months should bolster the feeling of tranquility. Great spot for sure"

"We rented the cottage because we needed a place to stay as we were seeing Phish play at Bethel all 3 nights . The cottage was perfect , clean ,cozy and quiet . Loved the out side !! And the Hot tub was icing in the cake !!!! "

"We really enjoyed this cozy little college next to the lake. It was a perfect place to stay when going to multiple nights of concerts at Bethel Woods. We would love to return some time. "I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. "Check in/out was easy and communication with owner was quick and helpful. Home was located on Swan lake great for fishing and kayaking, gorgeous views and sunsets. Home was clean and beds were comfy! "
