"It is not a place i would recommend to lone females. Its not a hotel so unsure why its on hotels.com. The ffont curtilage is unkempt with weeds growing through blockpave, the rear garden is like a jungle. Not even facilities for a welcome or early morning brew unless you bring your own. Tge walls are paper thin so you gear everything. I was in room 4 which was basic, clean bedding but curtains that allow light tgrough. The overgrown shrubs in the rear garden are at window height for first floor...

"There's no sign with the name of the hotel on the property "

"The bedroom space was fine, but the shared living space, especially the kitchen, was filthy and left that way. No cleaners came in daily as you'd expect with any hotel. No reception on-site either which was inconvenient. Some bathroom facilities were broken and unusable such as the sink tap. "

"Don’t believe the pictures you see. Honestly. Got given a bottom of the barrel room. Not a comfortable place to stay. staff were decent but this is the meaning of false advertising "

"Whilst the owner was welcoming, the actual place is not fit for paying guests. I can only describe the place as dank ie mould, damp, peeling wallpaper, dirty, extremely squeaky bed with bed linen which may or may not have been fresh as was difficult to tell. Just dreadful all round."

"We booked this through hotels.com, when we tried to contact the owners of the property to organise checking in, we had bo reply. We tried to call the number provided but no answer. We arrived at the property to find no one was there to let us in. We tried to contact the property owners and hotels.com but all numbers either didnt work or did not answer. We eventually had to walk to a IBIS hotel and get a last minute room there."

"The information in the description is false you have to share with others you do not get your own bathroom you have to share with other People it is also dangerous because the front door is always unlocked and it’s very noisy. It says the rooms are clean but it is full of dust everywhere and it looked liked someone picked their nose and left substance on the wall. Absolutely disgusting!"
