"The location was great - it was only a block from Broadway/Times Square. Do be aware that you will pay premium prices for food in the area. Here are few things that made this less than a 5 star stay were 1. No coffee maker in the room. And when my husband inquired about coffee he was told there was none on the property. We later found out that they could bring a coffee maker to your room, but that was only after we had spent $50 on our own coffee maker and supplies. 2. The key card scanner in...

"Great location, clean and polite housekeeping. Breakfast hopefully could cater more to plant-based guests. One negative point is when the Interlude Lounge staff pretty much LIED and said that the viewing is ‘close for the season’ but when I asked front desk they said it is open. Maybe they wanted guests to purchase drinks. We weren’t decided whether to drink or not he could have been more honest in his response. We never went."

"The hotel stay was fine- bed was firm but comfortable, room was clean, and they handed out unlimited bottles of water. The lobby was lovely and the rooftop bar was amazing. The rooms, though, left something to be desired. They just need to be updated and refreshed- some peeling paint in the bathroom and cracks etc. Heat/ac was quite loud (like a sound machine!) "Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "
