"We stayed in the main house. Lovely setting, feels very grand. Only stayed one night but had a great stay. Everything was clean. Bed super comfy. Shower massive. We paid for the breakfast which was good and brought to the table. Service was polite and attentive throughout. App wasn't great, but reception sorted a key card straight away no fuss. M11 is a gentle drone in the background.if open the windows. Can walk to the park and ride in 5 mins to get a bus in. Uber was £14 back from centre....

"What an amazing little find this hotel is. Right in the centre of Bury, 10 minute walk if that to the shops, market, pubs and restaurants. Earlier check in than most hotels of 1pm, but they were happy if we got there earlier for us to leave our car in their car park so we could go about our day. Our room was clean, tidy and functional, nice shower, comfy bed and nice selection of drinks available in the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast the next morning was lovely....

"It was good experience overall, nice, clean good size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Person who checks the room helped me to find way to main door and my room, helped me with code to doors. Only on first night I had issue with noise from banging doors, even I had earplugs. Also no soap in bath. Just waiting for my 50 pounds to be returned for security deposit. "

"Doesn’t look great from the outside but fine inside as long as you’re not in one of the “upper floor” rooms of this dormer bungalow type house. Low sloped ceilings. Not ideal for a tall person. "The apartment was very tired, the kitchen tap was out of position and was dripping, the bathroom sink was blocked, Coat hanger was off the wall. Only found instructions to download inside cupboard door as we left on how to operate appliances. No broom provided to clean terrace, chairs full of blossom. Very minimal provision of kitchen equipment. The location and ease of getting into Cambridge was very good, did not use catering, but nearby Sainsburys was a very useful. Receptionist very helpful....
