"Expedia was one of the worse experiences ever from the flights to the wrong island having to pay out of pocket to change flights that they messed up to them trying to cancel my room but once we made it to the resort the Hilton upgraded my room free of charge everyone was so kind the experience with them overall is 5/5 family oriented and a vacation we will never forget would highly recommend the Hilton Waikiki !!"

"Pros: 1) The heated pool was amazing since it is so windy on the roof. It was also awesome that they had cornhole, mini golf, and giant connect 4 on the pool deck, so there was a lot to do. 2) The location of the hotel was great for exploring Waikiki, we walked everywhere. Cons: 1) The staff member that checked us in was not very pleasant. "The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We had multiple restaurants to walk to. Shops to browse in and right across the street is an ABC Deli store which was great to grab and pack a lunch, snacks and drinks before heading to the beach. We had rented a car so there was valet service each time we came and went, which was also convenient. Just be prepared to pay the daily parking rate that the hotel charges. "I really enjoy the pool and the view towards the beach. However the it needs to be upgraded. One thing i didn't like is the house keeping of the rooms. We got towels every two days, along with disposing our gaarbage, but beds were never done."

"We were in the penthouse on the top floor and the views were absolutely amazing!!! The room was clean and had so many amenities….room service was great and did a wonderful job cleaning the room and restocking. Everyone was so welcoming, I have nothing but positive things to say and I will definitely be staying here again!!! "
