"After arriving from a very long travel day, our son had a medical emergency in one of the onsite restaurants just hours after check in, the staff at the establishment were clearly trained, acted fast, and with grace and professionalism. When we returned to our hotel room the next day we were graced with a get well gift for our kiddo full of fun activities for him to do while he recovered fully accompanied by a hand written note from hotel leadership. "We booked this property for the convenience. When we arrived they were able to get us a room earlier than check in time which is great since we have a baby. But then we were directed to a little area away from the lobby. I didn’t know that the property was a time share. So they tried to get us to do one of those meeting things. We declined and they respected that so that was great. The room itself was a little run down, the beds weren’t hotel quality. They could have done better by cleaning it,...
