"Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. Negatives: - Great for a couple but felt small for a family with 2 kids. - The bathroom only has a shower curtain for the shower and the water easily gets outside the shower area...

"The flat is as described, though I’m uncertain it technically classifies as two bedrooms considering one is just a bed with a curtain that closes. The location is amazing - very close to public transportation, lots of shops and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. It should be noted that this flat is in close proximity to a school, so it’s quite noisy in the mornings - lots of kids coming and going. "Perfect location; short distance to the Metro and walking distance to the Bastille, Place des Voges and Rue de Rivoli. Perfect place to stay to explore Paris. Good sized rooms and the added bonus of 2 bathrooms. Spoiled for choice with local restaurants and bakeries. 10 out of 10."

"We had great communication with the host and, on arriving, being provided with keys and shown the apartment and provided with local recommendations. The apartment has everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location could not be better - a quick trip into Paris, or take the time to explore and get the Montmartre community feels. The chimes of the church across the road and seeing the Eiffel out the window, across the rooftops was amazing. Be prepared to carry luggage up...

"Vintage French apartment with winding stairs and tall windows. A coffee shop is to the right, a market is to the left and the area if flooded with restaurants and bakeries. Great local, very nice unit. Wake to church bells every morning. A short walk to the train station and off you go to any location in the region."

"Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! And a fantastic bottle of wine and fruit from the garden as a welcome, which we enjoyed on the balcony! The house is lovely - the photos don't do it justice. The balcony & garden are perfect for morning coffee and for evening relaxing after a day in the city. Kitchen and family...

"Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables chez Annette en dépit d'un temps assez maussade. Le jardin à l'arrière de la maison est délicieux, d'un calme parfait traversé de cris d'oiseaux, les roses embaument le sucré ou le citronné. La maison est dans son jus, avec cette touche d'ancienneté qui en fait le charme, bien équipée et plaisante à vivre. Nous reviendrons!"

"Aucune communication de la part d'Abritel, pour nous dire comment récupérer les clés. Intermédiaire sans intérêt donc. Heureusement que nous pouvions communiquer directement avec les propriétaires, et qu'ils sont "en or" (merci Emmanuel et Anne). Logement super, et très bien placé en bord de forêt. A voir quand même avec de tout petits enfants (interrogez Emmanuel/Anne pour cela)."

"Upon arrival in Paris, we reached out to the individual who is supposed to check us in and received no response. Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental. When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not...
