"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided.
