"My family and I stood at Hotel Raito for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful (Brigitta and others truly helped with tour booking). Dining area is beautiful and the food was good too. My only issue would be the limited Food option at the pool bar (really can only get a ham and cheese sandwich or fruit). Overall the stay was very good. "

"We booked this hotel for 5 nights after seeing reviews online thinking it would be a luxury hotel. The property is very tired, sometimes our A/C and power were not working, elevator not working and there are a lot of stairs. We booked our 90 mins at the lemon spa, the steam room was not operable, and it was basically just a small sauna and shower so we did not stay.
