"A beautiful hotel just 15 mins south of Cles, set in the middle of the small village of Flavon and surrounded by vineyards. The owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. They don't do evening meals but there is a great restaurant within 3 minutes walk. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough ... if you are in the area, don't go to expensive and crowded Cles - drive 15 minutes an see real Italy ! A great find !"

"Odebranie kluczy i obsługa bardzo dobra. Jednak były problemy ze znalezieniem parkingu na samochód. Po paru próbach został znaleziony. Pokój bardzo prosto urządzony. Problem z czystością. Nie do końca dobrze posprzątany. Sklep w kompleksie bardzo ubogi. Mało produktów. Lepiej zaopatrzony jest w kompleksie Marilleva 1400. Dojazd samochodem lub wyprawa piesza (odradzam). Z hotelu po założeniu nart można zjechać trasą (po jednej stronie hotelu - czarna trasu lub drugą stroną - trasa niebieska)...

"Waren hier 1 nacht op doorreis naar huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaresse spreekt alleen Italiaans maar doet haar best om dingen uit te leggen. Nette kamer, maar matras zou beter kunnen. De bedbank voor onze zoon was slecht. Geboekt met halfpension. Avondeten was erg goed en uitgebreid. Volgende dag bleek dat het toetje niet inbegrepen was en dat moest nog apart betaald worden, dit had beter gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Het ontbijt was erg karig. Een paar broodjes, koffie of thee, wat...

"Fantastisk lille hotel. Superfint nyrenoveret værelse med udsigt til bjergene fra en lille altan. Samhørende med en restaurant, der laver fantastisk lækker mad (både steaks, pizza og salater, og serverer skønne lokale vine. Anbefalelsesværdigt. Ingen turister i området primo september. Fantastisk sted at koble af. Og er du cykeltosset kan du få mange højdemeter i benene over en ganske kort distance. 30 km 1061 hm"

"Casa che, nonostante non sia proprio nuovissima dispone di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno tranquillo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Borgo fuori dalle città principali ma ben collegato anche nel periodo invernale, ottimo punto di partenza per camminate. Proprietari veramente simpatici e super disponibili a ogni richiesta."

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. "Very close to the ski slops, local restaurants and bars. Ski rental downstairs and very friendly and helpful ski rental owner- Thoni :). Ski bus stops at the property. Very good communication with the owner, flexible check in/out. Very clean place, kitchen well equiped. Good value for money."

"Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path. "
