"This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

"The excellent property was in the position that we required, was well introduced by the gentleman we met, and offered everything that we had hoped for - EXCEPT perhaps the apartment needs one comfortable single armchair (fauteuil confortable). My heart condition means that I have to sit upright and the lounge/bed did not provide me with any back support, so I had to sit in a dining chair. We very much enjoyed meeting M. et Mme Guilbert and their grand-daughter. What lovely people!"

"The information was inaccurate. No sauna, communal pool 6km away & Expedia clearly said linen & towels included which they tried to charge us for on arrival. Worse was the following phone calls & being rudely told to leave if we did not hand over 400 euro cash deposit which was ludicrous. Not shown on booking form. In the end I had to leave my passport with the lady who met us which was worrying. All this took 1 hour on arrival to sort which ruined the afternoon."

My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."

Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside.
