"The ultimate place for relaxation! Host was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire and fishing. Watching the sunrise is beautiful, coming up over the water. We brought all our food, so we enjoyed our family meal time right there. Highly recommend!!"

"The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! "

"We had a lovely time at Hemlock Haven! We spent several days mining for Herkimer diamonds and the cabin was an excellent place to relax after spending the day outside. It is fairly quiet, cozy, and pretty easy to drive to. The hosts had a few extra touches to make it even more welcoming. Definitely recommend for a little R&R!!"

"The cottage was definitely older but was clean. The bathroom looked like it been redone recently and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare your meals. The view from the cottage is much better than the impression you get from the online photos. The best part about the property is the location. "Wonderful stay! Units were very clean and well equipped. Owners went above and beyond to think of everything. Made us all feel very welcome. The younger ones were never bored. As noted by the owners, the road to cross to get to the lake can get busy and cars are going fast so kids should be supervised. All the locals were super friendly and didn't seem to mind our large group. We rented all the units which gave room to spread out. Loved it and would love to come back! Sarah and TJ are 5 star. JD"
