"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on...

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"Your video is captivating BUT REALITY IS EVEN MORE STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL..AN OASIS OF PACE AND RELAX. Picturesque views of wooded hills surround enormous pool...swimming at sunset is an .unforgetable emotion plus there is the SPA.. great fun..even at cocktail hour..booking masseuse..an added joy! we all fell in love with..this glorious but functional property Bedrooms are spacious and insuite bathrooms are too. Kingsize beds are very comfotable. See you soon! Josephine"

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."
