"Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre. "

"Distance from parking seems to be more than adviced, even with small luggage is not so confortable to walk due to uneven pavement and distance. Other than that the property is very nice and seems newly renovated with style. Spacious room and bathroom; good wi-fi, that is not so frequent in this area"

"We had been traveling in Italy for 2 weeks when we arrived in Riomaggiorie and Terre Prime Suite. Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. "Very helpful and nice staff. The bartender gave us lots of info on where to go and everyone was very anxious to please. Parking was a bit challenging but we were given a pass to park on the street. Delicious and varied breakfast. "

"The setting of the hotel is beautiful; however, the hotel is not particularly equipped to deal with international guests. My experience in August was anything but relaxing with screaming Italian children at the beach, unattended and unsupervised by their parents. The restaurant serves the same thing every day (i.e., pasta dishes), and the food is just average. I left two days earlier than scheduled. Ci sono cimici che entrano in camera e le trovi ovunque. La spiaggia ha un bar ma non offre colazioni o pranzi e gli orari di apertura e chiusura sono scomodi apre alle 9 e chiude alle 19. "Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for. We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night . Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why?? Wine selections not very good or nice"
