"Overall it was so quiet and peaceful. Only negative was the front porch light, Laundry light and outside yard lights did not work. I think bulbs needing changing, the ceiling fans had dust on them and there was a huge spill in one of the kitchen cabinets where someone spilled something on the island. Overall would most defiantly stay here again. "

The owner was very responsive to our requests. St. Marys got hit by the tropical storm, and the owner reached out to us to check on not only the house, but us as well. "This house is beautiful! We rented it for 3 nights and had my Wedding here! The pictures are exactly what you get! The pond was the perfect background for our ceremony and the back patio was perfect for the reception. The host was very responsive if we had any questions. "Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of the house and the incredible river view. Some of the bedrooms did not have curtains. We didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor fire pit or the side deck. We would love to come back again when we don't have a wedding to be at."

The kitchen was well stocked, and the property was clean and nestled in a very quiet neighborhood just a 15-minute walk from downtown St. Mary's where there is much to see and do at the waterfront. The manager was extremely accommodating and she responded to every question promptly. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the room that slept 8 so they could be together. "This property was perfect for what we needed! We have a family of 6 and the bedrooms were perfect for what we needed for the kids. The back yard was nice and private we played outside with the kids. The location is not far from alot and it was easy to navigate. We will definitely return to tbis property on our next family trip! "

"My family and I were displaced due to hurricane milton. This home had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for everyone, pet friendly and all tge comforts of home. We were able to cook all of our meals here as the kitchen was full of pits pans spices and coffee. Internet speeds were great allowing me to be able to work as well. Joel was very gracious and caring. My only gripe is the water had a bad smell, im assuming its because of the well but im not sure. It also would have been nice...
