"The villa could be amazing. It has a great layout with so much space and facilities. The host was easy to contact and accomodating. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning. The only thing that lets the villa down is the cleanliness. My son cut his foot open on broken glass that was just left on the floor, there were lots of cigarette ends everywhere, the were no bags for bins provoded and all things such as cushions and blankets smelt like they needed a good clean. "The place was many kilometers with switchbacks, away from Resende, a shack with an open green front door. We could not even scale the driveway. The tires on car kept spinning. It was a frightening neighborhood. We just took the long winding road back down and headed to Fatima. It took me a few days to recover from the traumatizing experience. The description should include how long it takes to get to the location from Regua, The picture of home did not match pics on description. The neighborhood...

"The property was well located with easy and good access to Aramante the Douro valley and Porto. The garden and house are secluded and the surrounding area of vineyards was very quiet and peaceful. The house was really well equipped and very nice with lots of hot water and towels for the pool. We enjoyed walking around the area and into Aramante along the new footpath next to the river. We had a really relaxing stay and would throughly recommend the house to people. "
