"The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."

"Logement très bien situé sur les hauteurs d’Autun avec une belle vue sur la ville et la cathédrale. Piece de vie agréable avec son poêle très agréable en cet automne qui démarre et une cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres et literies sont à l’avenant. La propriétaire nous a réservé un très bon accueil et a redoublé de conseils pour profiter de la ville et de la région. Vraiment une super adresse pour un long WE ou une semaine. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house and highly recommend it. The house is located in the middle of the village of Saulieu, which quick access to local restaurants and businesses (including a nice boulangerie at the end of the street). Saulieu was fun to explore and made a good launching pad for cities in the region (including Dijon and Beaune) and for wine tours. "The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."
