"It was a perfect location for me and my daughter. Room was clean and prefect size. Did not really see staff enough to interact with them- they have a self check in/ check out system and no phones in the room if you’re in need of help. Luckily our stay was uneventful, but not sure how to locate staff if needed Also, would be nice if they had a small Shop or vending machine with common items to purchase. "

"In the main all I ask for in a hotel is to be clean and safe. But occasionally I encounter a hotel that deserves praise. We stayed for two nights. The room was large and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were efficient and courteous. Breakfast was good, dinner even better. Add complimentary access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the result is amazing value. Thoroughly recommended. "

"This is a beautiful spa hotel north of Tenby (about a five minute drive into the town center). There are a number of spa options available, but with your room you can access the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. "Parking can be difficult if you arrive late, despite a large car park, but it’s free, and I’ve always got a space with a little patience so can’t complain. Lift has been out of order for at least 4 months, but it’s only 2 storey so not the end of the world. Great staff, good breakfast. Clean. Quiet rooms."

"My first stay was very impressive and reasonably quiet considering the city centre location in the middle of swanseas night life. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was only there for one night playing in a weekend sporting competion. I deal for a covenient place to get your head down, nothing fancy it is what is. Highly recommended. "

"Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming."
