"So the room was incredible, the view from the balcony was uninterrupted, and the screen door meant I could leave the door open for a while to relax in the room with the sound of the ocean. The King Loft room was luxurious and huge, spotlessly clean and a comfortable bed. Now, the downsides. I booked for 3 nights, well in advance. As there is no daily housekeeping service, the one night for one person toiletries was not adequate. Housekeeping should stock the room for the booked stay, I had to go to the front desk a couple of times for re-stocks. The 'Restaurant' on site is only open three days a week and closes quite early. This need to be made clear, or even remove the Restaurant from the property details, it's really misleading. I had expected I'd be able to get breakfast there and evening meals. As it was, it was open for a few hours at the beginning of my stay and closed for the rest. I got a very mediocre Pizza from the restaurant, then had to self cater for the rest of the stay, so an unexpected trip back to town for breakfast items. Getting around is not easy. Parking is so far from most rooms, always involving a steep hill, and having to rely on the Bellman in a golf cart (with the constant need to tip) is not really a good experience. My room was clearly part of a more recent addition to the venue. Other condos in the area looked like they may be a bit run down."

"Beautiful property, pool table was a nice touch, TV was awesome, Spectrum internet was buffering during programs, happens, running up and down stairs to take doggies out was quite a workout, we’re retired lol, but found new muscles!! Main floor mattress was not comfortable, moved to 3rd floor and that was perfect! Put a puzzle together, haven’t done one in years, fun!! Drove to Beverly Beach a couple times and went to Nye beach. Has Abby deliver a pizza on first night, it was delicious, driver was pleasant. Cooked clam spaghetti and regular spaghetti, cooked omelettes drank good wine, kitchen was set up nicely, I would fire cabinet installer’s!! As a retired electrician I notice stuff, lol."

"Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely rent again given the opportunity. We were disappointed to discover the advertised hot tub was locked. And we did have an issue with the washing machine smoking and smelling like petroleum, but the rental company was very responsive. This happened the day before check out so it didn't cause us any issues. Again, lovely home. Thank you."

"Beautiful views wonderful heated pool and beach access. The hike up the hill is long but not difficult. Jst be ready for it we had our own wagon to help. They had sand toys for the kids which was also awesome. The coffee was the main complaint the packets were not enough for a pot. But that is minor and didnt ruin the stay. "

"Good location to go to all the towns up and down the coast. Can't get much better views with your coffee! Enjoyed the week with the pups for sure."
