I would love to say this was terrible, just so that the booking doesn’t become very popular and we could book again, but that would be a lie. It was a perfect location and lovely house. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to spread out if needed or be together as a group. Absolutely loved it. Property owner was very responsive. We plan on booking again.

Super cute house with easy access down to Beverly Beach park. Great view from the house and enough room for adults and kids. The downstairs den was especially great with the kids while the adults hung out upstairs.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved that it was close enough to Newport but far enough away at the same time. The view was beautiful of the ocean and the sunset was breathtaking. We would love to go back. The only bad thing was the state park was closed so we couldn’t really use the path.

Great Coast Accommodations
A nice large home with plenty of room for two families with kids. Great proximity to several beaches, Newport, and Depot Bay. We really enjoyed sunsets on the deck, games in the garage/game room, a fire with smores, and the hot tub.

Peaceful Get Away
We spent a glorious week of resting in this spacious home, soaking in the beautiful hilltop views, and relaxing in the private hot tub. Knowing (through previous guests' comments) Beverly Beach was not accessible during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed other nearby beaches. This home has been thoughtfully arranged and stocked. The home was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay there. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. Only wish was that the clothes washer was working properly, so that we didn’t have to pay to launder at our next destination.

Wonderful Beverly Beach Retreat
We came from all over for a Memorial at Agate Beach for my father in law who recently passed. This spot was just perfect for our needs. We had a few hiccups with one of the tvs at the hot tub, but the property manager was very responsive.

A Great House to get away with friends and family
We were an older group of women, that came together to quilt. We each had our own bedroom . The long table in the dining room worked out great for us. I would definitely, come back
