"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"The hostel is in a good location. Easy walk downhill to the ferry. Hostel also has a restaurant close to the ferry. Food there was very good and reasonable. The breakfast was very basic. The hostel needs to replace its towels and sheets. "

Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
