"A weekend away spent up the hill from a few of our favorite places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the incline/barr trail. "This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). "When looking for a place to stay for a couple days before heading north I was originally looking in Colorado Springs but I'm glad I considered staying further west. This property is within an hour of most anything you'd want to see in the area but is quiet and peaceful. Also had an incredible view of the stars at night. Carla was communicative and has a lovely place to stay. You won't regret booking this property."
