Apartamento aconchegante e bem equipado. Ótimas camas e bem decorado. Muito próximo ao mar, o que possibilita deixar o carro em casa. Seguro, com garagem interna e portão eletrônico. Privacidade, beleza e frescor da varanda garantidos por uma imensa árvore do terreno ao lado. Voltarei com certeza. :)

O imóvel impressiona desde a chegada. Tudo muito e limpo, qualidade comparável à dos melhores hotéis, mas com um valor muito mais acessível e justo. A atenção e confiança na relação com o proprietário nos deram segurança e tranquilidade. Outro destaque é a localização, a menos de uma quadra do mar. Deixamos o carro na garagem e só tiramos no dia de partir. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Imóvel muito funcional, limpo e próximo à praia, proprietário atencioso, tudo ocorreu conforme combinado, e imóvel fiel às fotos do anúncio. Apesar do tempo não contribuir, aproveitamos muito nossa estadia, e com certeza retornaremos.

Apartamento ótimo, em um condomínio bem seguro com garagem, câmeras de segurança, elevador. Atendeu tudo que dizia no anúncio (churrasqueira), próximo ao centrinho de Canasvieiras, uma quadra do mar, mais ou menos 100m da praia, pretendemos retornar.

Escrevo aqui minha avaliação do imóvel com muito prazer. AP muito funcional. Exatamente conformo o dono nos relatou. A negociação foi de primeira. O AP fica a metros da praia e a praia é fantástica. Ficamos 7 dias e tudo correu perfeitamente ao esperado. Chuveiros a gás, sacada com churrasqueira de frente a um terreno com uma árvore que proporciona uma privacidade e um frescor sem igual. Portas com fechadura digital e elevador que facilita demais. Tenho só elogios ao apartamento e ao proprietário e sua forma de conduta. Até a próxima estadia se Deus quiser.

Excelente apto e negociação com o proprietário
Apto de alto padrão. Localização privilegiada para a praia e com mercados próximos, porém resguardado do agito em demasia. Novo, banheiros com banhos a gás, ótimas acomodações (camas e travesseiros excelentes) e mobília nova e funcional. Proprietário gentil e prestativo. Negociação ocorreu de forma tranquila e justa. Recomendamos e temos o imóvel como preferência de retorno.

Excelente apartamento! Férias Maravilhosa.
Apartamento é excelente. Equipado com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa hospedagem. O local é agradabilíssimo, o prédio é muito limpo e organizado, localizado numa das melhores praias de Florianópolis. O proprietário (Iuri) foi muito educado e prestativo. Enfim, muito boa a estadia. Quando voltar a Florianópolis, será minha primeira opção de hospedagem. Recomendo a todos.
