"Excellent hotel. They gave us rooms next to each other as we had two bookings. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were polite and excellent service provided. The bar tenders were all friendly with our kids. The only downfall was the kids club wasn't opened during stay and the jacuzzi was under service so unavailable . "

"Some elements of the stay were excellent the service use of transport and the aspect of the horel. The rooms are specious but dated and the lighting is poor in the corridors and bedrooms. Food was Ok but we did not eat in the restaurant as the themed buffet, though extensive was expensive and too much. It was not well frequented so they need to rethink. Breakfast coffe was undrinkable and tea was not as good as the offering in the bedroom. The entrertainment would be improved by lighting the artist. They were in the dark and hardly visible. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent day trip of with Mario the driver to Medina and the Tarxien temples"

"The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel. all the staff are courteous, efficient and friendly, and they all seem happy in their work. The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent. A special mention to the restaurant breakfast staff who work very hard and were very busy on Sunday, but made the time to clear a prepare a table in the conservatory. "

"Connection to Corinthia for several pools, lots of restaurants witin reach, walking distance from the center, tour desk for hotel pickup tours, but best of all, a small beach 3 min walking distance where water is always calm even on a windy day "

"We liked the location. There was lots going on in the area. It was easy to get out for runs. We also enjoyed the spa, squash court and gym on the property. "

"First from the check-in receptionist who was very professional and friendly. This first impression made our stay with smile. We used the 3rd floor room and it was very nice and spotless clean inside the room. The balcony had some trash but it was gone next day after room service. Breakfast was wonderful with some local dishes gave us an introduction to Malta culture. For the dinner at Oceana Restaurant, most of the dishes were delicious, however there were some menu that was flavorless. but overall very good. Indoor pool(heated) kept my 2 and half year old daughter busy and she loved it. It was our everyday task to swim at the pool. Again we loved the hotel and the staff member too."
