"The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. "Great location at the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's close to everything. Front Desk Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously responded to our queries and willingly extended a helping hand whenever we need one. The rooms are clean but outdated and need some improvement or upgrade. The room's ventilation/air conditioning system was old & inadequate making us uncomfortable and sweaty."
