"The check in process was long winded. We felt rushed to be there to meet the cleaner at a specific time but had been delayed in Rome getting the hire car and had had a 3.5 hour drive. A key safe would have been good. There were 3 security gates to get through though which I wasn’t aware of. Although we felt safe it was tedious. The villa is huge and generally comfortable. "The property is astounding. Gorgeous, large garden with a lovely pool. The house is just beautiful and perfect with 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. It worked really, really well for our family. Nearby on-site houseman was super helpful and made things very easy for us. It was a 15-minute walk to bus stop to Florence city center. We just loved it."

"We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...
