"Where do i start. They took me around in golf carts so i dont have to walk in the sun and heat, they had the best staff team ive met in all my life, the food was amazing not a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean, cool and there was lots of things to do. I was helped mostly by Yash, Rajvir, Sarvesh, Atish, Ben, avi and the house keeping lady. The hotel had a games room and snooker room that i used every night, entertainment every night at the retreat, bar open all day and night and coconut stall. The spa and massage was amazing, quite expensive but was amazing. I did not walk past a single staff member without them greeting me in such a kind way and bowing their heads. I truly felt like i owned the place. The two pools were the perfect temperature at all times and were very clean. Some of the people that stayed at the hotel were very rude to the staff members and i really feel bad they received this treatment. Overall, the hotel was the best hotel ive stayed at with the most friendliest staff ever. The hospitality is unmatched. You will not regret a single thing about booking this hotel. Thank you"

"Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."

"Second visit to this lovely hotel and nearly as good as 9 years ago. Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating.
