"Great apartment. Very quiet. Well maintained. Very helpful host. Regular cleaning. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach/town but they do offer a shuttle if you need it. We had a hire car so it wasn’t really a problem. "

"Overall good quality of staff, breakfast, cleaning. Disappointed about the sundbeds at the beach They were supposed to be out on monday-friday but were often cancelled without any informaion to the guests claiming that it was a public holiday or just to many people on the beach to put them out."

"The room was very large good for a long stay. It was very nice with view and comfortable features. The only minor inconvenience was the need for the shuttle. At time there was a bit of a wait. It would be OK if you had your own car except on weekends when the beach is really busy because of parking."

"Rooster in garden makes a homely feel together with sound of ocean. Beach chairs and umbrellas just a step down from room we were in. Open restaurant. Is pleasant looking out over activity of boats taking out tour groups or and the sunset. Bathroom condition is tired and no towel rails. Supermarket close by which is handy as there is fridge, kettle and 4 burner hot plate but no supplies or water. There are some nice restaurants and some clothing and boat tour shops very close. P"

"We thourougly enjoyed our stay La Pirogue Mauritius. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The beach in front was amazing. "Séjour pitoyable en ce qui concerne la chambre. Au prix payé c'est inadmissible. Manque d'hygiène (une semaine sans draps changés), douche quasiment insalubre, serviettes de toilette en insuffisance, fuites d'eau, pas de WIFI, télévision en panne, téléphone en panne, etc..... Les trois étoiles ne surement pas justifiées. Pas de restauration sur place, il fallait être tansporté par un chauffeur pour aller dîner, personnels non qualifiés etc.......
