"The hotel looked different from its pictures and the property looks old. Renovations is needed and the worse experience was the Spa. I got the worst manicure. The lady cut my nails back so far it looks awful. She also did not offer to put nail polish on. I didn’t realize until I was checking out that I could get color but it would have cost more.
