"Location was great, central in Harstad. Staff was helpful and courteous. Please make note that taxis from the airport are not inexpensive. If you arrive at night, about $80 per person. Recommend coming when bus is still running or making rebtal car arrangements b4 you land."

"Very peaceful, spacious, comfortable property with expansive sea views. There is a lovely small sandy beach at the end of the “garden” and a beautiful seating area right next to the sea. It’s a beautiful spot to relax and soak up the amazing views. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering the beautiful coastline. The owners live just next door and were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed fishing from their boat which we rented (800 NOK per day) and we also enjoyed the wood fired hot tub which is just in front of their home (800 NOK per use). There is also a metal canoe (fits 2 adults) available (no cost) from which we enjoyed fishing. We had a great week here with some very fine weather and we would love to return sometime. We spent the previous week in Lofoten but we preferred here as the scenery is still very dramatic yet there are much fewer tourists. "

"What a quaint spot! We loved our stay here, it felt authentic and small but was clean and modern in terms of amenities available. Best nights sleep I had on my trip and breakfast in the morning was delicious! There wasn’t dinner service on our stay due to staffing but we knew ahead of time and picked up some grocery items to have out on the patio tables by the water. Then walked among the small beaches. Just a lovely experience!! Stay here if you’re making your way from Tromso to the lofotens!"

"Rooms are not new, but I can see the hotel staff are keeping the rooms nice and clean. The lady at front desk is very nice. Parking lot right behind the hotel, quite convenient."
