The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"We had a super experience with our host whose communication was excellent. We were a bit disappointed on check in to learn that the single bed was only really intended for children (whilst it was big enough for a small adult it wasn't all that comfy). The apartment was well cleaned and had some basics in the cupboard (eg coffee) but possibly due to the bathroom being in the basement it did have a slight smell of drains. Our host very kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours...

"HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...
